Enjoyed my stay here for 6months. Hotel was clean, room services were provided whenever requested, laundry services were available at cost. Special shout out to Jose, in-charge of breakfast, he is very kind and sweet and welcomes guests to breakfast everyday with a smile. I would give 4 star for services as some of staff at reception were not very friendly, although most of them were.

My husband said it best: “making the best of a bad situation”. I am so grateful that this part of our experience was wonderful! We loved the king suite and the location of the hotel! But what made the experience especially wonderful was the staff we interacted with. I would particularly like to thank Linda, at the front desk and Billy, Herbert and Gabby our shuttle drivers, who made our stay easy and peaceful! You all were so kind and fun! I can’t thank you enough! Also I would like to thank the delightful singing chef, whose name I don’t know, but made great breakfasts!

A decent hotel, perhaps on its way to needing some updating and carpet cleaning. There was a guy apparently selling drugs in the parking lot under the hotel for several hours, and no security patrol so we didn’t feel safe. Where does all the money they charge for parking go if not for security? I called the front desk person and got a weak response of “I’ll look into it” but knowing he was the only person on staff I suspect he didn’t do anything. Plus, the parking lot elevator goes directly to the guest floors, so all an intruder would need to do to access any floor would be to tailgate a guest into the elevator. Not a safe situation late at night. Had a week reserved but cut our reservations short and left.

Great experience. Front desk wonderful and patient. I was there for a family emergency and incredibly kind. Very clean. Gentleman in charge of breakfast went above and beyond. Front desk checked regularly to ensure I was happy I would absolutely stay again.

Have to say I love staying here I am just being lazy here so comfortable.Pauline is amazing she texted me to make sure I am okay with the room . My son came with one set of clothing so had to wash so truly great they have washers and dryers. Their breakfast is great . I went up and down 3 times got breakfast for my mum my son and myself . I personally loved the breakfast the coffee is not too strong it’s the only thing I have a little problem with I walked with my coffee but the coffee maker does not make my coffee only pods . There is an air purifier in the room what more can you ask for everything at your fingertips felt just as if I am home that’s why I am going no where . Love it here

For our 1st 3 days the breakfast meat was sausage. There was no variety until day 4 it switched to bacon. Also, the pool could have been cleaner. There is grim visible at the water level on the walls of the pool!
